Skylar is the network engineer who keeps the dial tone flowing while Ryan and Adam vibe code into the void. Equal parts SIP trunk whisperer, router tamer, and the person everyone @’s in the group chat the instant a call drops, Skylar turns “the phones are down” into “the phones were never down, that was DNS” in record time.

Specialties: VoIP & SIP trunking, PBX & call routing, QoS for jitter-free calls, network security, and translating developer panic into actual fixes.
